2. Quotations & Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation quotations where stated. Quotes are based on the agreed scope of work and known site conditions.

If additional work, materials or unexpected site conditions arise, we will discuss any significant additional costs with you before proceeding.

3. Bookings & Payments

Work is considered booked once the quotation or agreed scope has been accepted. Deposits or staged payments may be required for certain projects and will be clearly stated before work begins.

Invoices must be paid according to the payment terms provided.

4. Access & Site Conditions

Customers must provide reasonable and safe access to the property on agreed working dates.

Please inform us of any known underground services, access restrictions, boundary issues or other conditions that could affect the work.

5. Materials & Outdoor Work

Natural materials including stone, timber, turf, plants and aggregates may vary slightly in colour, texture and appearance.

Plants, turf and other living materials also require appropriate ongoing care after installation.

6. Weather & Delays

Gardening and landscaping work can be affected by weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Work may occasionally need to be postponed or rescheduled for safety or to maintain the quality of the finished work.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange work, please contact us as soon as possible.

Specific cancellation terms may apply where materials have already been ordered, deposits have been paid or larger projects have been scheduled. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Permissions

Some driveway, fencing, tree, landscaping or structural work may require planning permission or other approval. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the property owner is responsible for obtaining any required permissions.

9. Problems or Complaints

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
